If you are looking for a caravan park with possibly some of the best views in the Kimberly’s this is the one. Located just over the boarder from the Northern Territory, the park is situated right above the stunning Lake Argyle.
The views are breathtaking, and the park has all the facilities you will need to enjoy your stay in comfort. There are a choice of powered and unpowered sites, laundry, restaurant, bar and shop with basic supplies. The horizon pool offers amazing views of the Lake. There are also tours available of the Lake, the old homestead and surrounding areas.
You can also hire a boat or launch your own from the boat ramp at the lake. Definitely a must do when up in the Kimberly Region.
Lived in Kununurra for 3 years and just loved trips to Lake Argyle.
On a journey to WA in 2009/10, we were lucky enough to stay on L. Argyle as well as enjoy the sunset cruise.
We have just come back from a 3mth trip to the kimberleys, stayed at lake argyle for a week,beautiful caravan park, fantastic views and terrific boat cruises, would recomend it to everyone.
