Return & Refund Policy

If there is an error or fault with your products, we will replace the items for you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
The cost of return of the item will be met by Full Range Camping.
The return window is 7 days from the delivery date.
Return is to be made by mail and delivered to Full Range Camping’s Postal Address (see at the bottom of the page).
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you of the status of your replacement.
If your return is approved, we will send a replacement of the item/s purchased.
We will notify you of the tracking details of the item

If the customer wishes to return their item due to a change of heart or changed their mind, FRC will accept returns on the below terms:

The time being returned has not been used or altered.
The items are not defective in any way from the original sale condition as a result of misuse by the customer.
The cost of return of the item will be met by the customer.
The return window is 7 days from the delivery date.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
