When travelling, many of us love to wet a line whether we pull up for a couple of days or a couple of weeks. However sometimes it may be that the rod has to be left behind because there just doesn’t seem to be the room or the spot to store it securely while travelling. It can also become a security issue, with no choice other than to leave it tied to the roof racks or such like, where it can turn into fair game for the opportunist.

Well now there is a solution. Out of the Blue Tackle have teamed up with White Tiger Rods to design and manufacture high quality, durable fishing rods for all situations that will break down to fit in their own specially designed sturdy carrying case that is no more than 90cm long.

Their design features the latest in nanotechnology breakthroughs to produce a wonderfully light yet incredibly strong rod that’s able to fit behind the driver’s seat, or in the back of a cupboard in the van – pretty much anywhere, but taking up virtually no room.
