Mt Trio Bush Camp & Caravan Park – Amelup (CP)

Mt Trio Bush Camp & Caravan Park is situated in a peaceful natural bush enclave on a working farm bordering the Stirling Range national Park and is an idyllic base from which to explore the Stirling Ranges.

With plenty of space, the park is accessible to camper trailers, caravans, and motorhomes. The area has unpowered and powered sites with awesome facilities.

The camp is perfect for schools and tour groups.

HOW TO GET THERE
Mt Trio Bush Camp & Caravan Park is 4 1/2 hours south east of Pert. Turn off Albany Highway at Cranbrook onto Salt River Road.  The turn off to the camp is 59.3km on the right.
Just 1 hour north of Albany, follow Chester Pass Road and turn left onto Formby South Road and then left onto Salt River Road.  The turn off is 1.9km on the left.
The park is also easily reached from Hyden (Wave Rock) and from Esperance.  

SITE ACCESS
A self check-in system operates at the camp, just follow the signs though the farm to the Camp Ground & Caravan Park. You get to choose your own caravan or camp site.

FEES & BOOKINGS
Bookings are not required except for Easter School Holidays and the Queen’s Birthday Sept/Oct long weekend.Please pay on arrival in the Table Tennis Room.Fee is from $28 / night per couple for unpowered sites; $35 / night per couple for powered sites. Half  price for children below 12.

THINGS TO DO
The campground abounds in stunning seasonal orchids with over 50 different species sighted over the last few years.

The Stirling Range National Park has some of Western Australia’s highest peaks and most spectacular bushwalks. Long known for their “brooding beauty” the mountains have a lot to offer the avid bushwalker and casual observer – it is an experience not to be missed!
