Thirsty Camel Bottleshop located at Hotel Kununurra has a wide range of Local and Imported Beers, Western Australian and Australian Wines and spirits.

In the towns of Kununurra and Wyndham we do have strict alcohol restrictions. These include :
As of 14th December 2015 all people wishing to purchase alcohol must produce

Photo Identification in the form of the following:
Current Western Australian or Australian Drivers Licence or
Current Passport or Australian Proof of Age Card.

You are also restricted under section 64 of the Western Australian Liquor Licensing Laws as to what a person can purchase on any day. You are able to purchase one of the 4 following options per person per day:

Option 1: 60 cans or stubbies (2 cartons) of Beer or pre-mixed spirits under 7% Alcohol
Option 2: 6 Bottles of Wine (up to 4.5L) below 15% Alcohol
Option 3: up to 1L Spirits above 15% alcohol this includes Port.
Option 4: 30 cans or stubbies of Beer or Pre-mixed Spirits plus 3 bottles of wine.

Should you require more than the stated amounts you are able to fill out a Bulk Liquor Purchase form no less than 72 hours before you require the alcohol. These are available from our store or the local Police station.

Please note that in most of the North West of Western Australia there is no Cask wine available.
